Tetyana has over 20 years of development experience, including 10 years in managerial roles.
Before joining 357D Group, she led business development at one of Ukraine’s leading construction companies, managing the full project lifecycle — from site selection, regulatory assessment, and transaction support to architectural coordination and permitting. She specializes in project positioning, cross-functional team leadership, and aligning technical execution with commercial strategy to ensure efficient delivery, high quality, feasibility, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Tetyana holds architectural and economic degrees from Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture.

Gregoris contributes over 25 years of engineering and construction management experience.
Before taking command of 357D Group Development Department, Gregoris was involved in various projects in Cyprus and abroad gaining prominent expertise which led him to Construction Director position in bbf:, leading developer on the island. Beyond Cyprus, his projects span Saudi Arabia and Greece. His expertise includes project road mapping, budgeting, contractor coordination, supply management, site supervision and delivery control across complex construction programs, both residential and commercial.
Gregoris holds BSCE from University of Birmingham and MBA from Birmingham Business School.

Iryna brings 10 years of outstanding financial expertise with a strong focus on the real estate industry.

Before joining 357D Group, Iryna built her career across top-tier advisory and corporate environments in Ukraine, including EY Ukraine, a large-scale development company, and a leading green energy player. Iryna is experienced in leading core finance functions, including budgeting, management reporting, and financial control. She supports teams and clients by structuring practical financial solutions tailored to real estate projects and investment decisions, strengthening transparency and maximizing returns.

Iryna holds an accounting degree from the Banking University of the National Bank of Ukraine and is an ACCA member.

Panagiota combines over 10 years of legal expertise with a strong focus on real estate and corporate support.
Prior to her current role at 357D Group, Panagiota advised private clients and businesses on property acquisitions and disposals, contract structuring, corporate matters, and regulatory compliance, supporting transactions from negotiation through to completion. Her professional scope also covers landlord & tenant matters, legal risk management, and ensuring clear, enforceable documentation for complex real estate projects.
Panagiota holds an LLB in Law from  University of London and an LLM from Brunel University of London. She is a qualified Advocate and a member of the Cyprus Bar Association.


Alisa has over 15 years’ experience in real estate consulting and strategy development.
Before starting her work for 357D Group Alisa acted as consultant in the Ukrainian offices of CBRE and EY, shaped strategies for real estate verticals of the large business groups in Ukraine and managed touristic project at pre-construction stage in Portugal. Alisa’s competences include HBU and feasibility studies, concept development and property performance analysis in all of the key real estate segments.
Alisa holds marketing degree from National Technical University «Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute». In addition to that she completed one year management program at Chatham University.
