On 9-13 March our CEO Tetyana Bilousova will attend MIPIM 2026, one of the most influential international gatherings in real estate, bringing together investors, developers, city leaders, and industry decision-makers shaping the future of global development.

Our agenda is clear: high-level meetings with investors, family offices, and development partners across Europe and the UK, focused on unlocking cross-border opportunities and strengthening our international network. Every connection is a potential collaboration.

Visit to the Ukrainian stand will have a special meaning for us. Ukraine’s real estate sector continues to demonstrate resilience, and we stand firmly aligned with those building under pressure and planning beyond uncertainty.

We go to MIPIM with purpose, and we will return with leverage.

Civic Residence Project Updates

Civic Residence, residential projects of our client, 357D development company, moves from preparation to execution phase with a series of decisive milestones achieved:

Planning Permit secured in December 2025
Demolition works completed in January 2026
Building Permit application submitted in February 2026

The project is advancing according to schedule and entering contractor finalization stage. The selection of the general contractor will be completed in March 2026. Construction is scheduled to commence in spring 2026.

‍

Civis Residence is progressing with disciplined pace under full strategic control setting the foundation for a high-performance residential asset.

On 25-26 November our CEO Tetyana Bilousova attended London Build Expo – the UK’s leading stage for construction innovation, emerging building technologies, and modern development practices.
